Hobersal HCV Chamber furnace (Industrial Series)

 

Hobersal HCV Series is our Industrial furnace with capacities from 56 litres to 2.000litres

This is a sturdy furnace ready for big loads.

The maximum temperatures are 1200ºC – 1300ºC – 1400ºC. (Kanthal A1, AF, APM)

Door types: Side door, Pantograph side door, vertical lift door and pneumatic lift door.

Furnace isolation composed by Ceramic brick and Ceramic fiber

Air chamber to avoid heat in the outer case.

From 3 to 5 heated zones to get the best homogeneity

The HCV series from Hobersal let work in continuous at high temperature during large periods.

The control box can be at right side, under the chamber or independent control box.

HCV series are according to AMS 2750 E (Aerospace Material Specifications) and CQI-9 compliance

This furnace can be customised as a user request like 3 chamber furnace, boogie option (Automatic or Manual)

Hobersal HCV Industrial series let work under controlled atmosphere to avoid oxidation during the process adding: gas inlet on rear + flow meter box
