Hobersal has manufactured a high-temperature tube furnace model ST166030SC for an important research centre around the world
Maximum temperature is 1600ºC thanks to the SiC Kanthal heating elements, tube diameter Ø60mm and heating zone of 300mm, controlled by Eurotherm EPC series + itools software that allows to set ramps, register and visualize in real time the real and set curve, downloadable sheets in CSV format compatible with Excel + OTP (Over temperature protection)

Hobersal tube furnace incorporates a high alumina tube up to 1700ºC (Non-Porous) ana quartz tube up to 1150ºC with vacuum flanges (End seals) capable of withstanding a vacuum of x10-5, the furnace also has a vacuum pump up to x10-2 and vacuum meter from Leybold and a flowmeter box (Gas supply system) to work under controlled atmosphere with Argon or Nitrogen.

Typical applications of tube furnaces include the purification, coating, drying, hardening or ageing of samples. Among other uses, a tube furnace can also be used for annealing, brazing, calcination, degassing, sintering, soldering, sublimation, synthesis, and tempering.
