ASHING FURNACES by HOBERSAL

Ashing process in analytical chemistry is defined as the heating of a substance to leave only non-combustible ash, which is analysed for it is elemental composition.

Our Hobersal ovens offer the best results thanks to our homogeneity, quality, and reliability in each of the processes required by the customer.

We offer Eurotherm EPC programmers that record the programmed temperature and the real temperature in real time and can verify and certify the performed curve to see if there has been a strange behaviour in the sample during the process, downloadable in .CSV format for Excel

It is also possible to work in a controlled atmosphere installing a gas inlet in the furnace and flow meter boxes that allow to control the gas flow avoiding oxidation in the sample during the treatment.

We have more than 500 models available, and we adapt to any request, designing the ovens according to the customer’s requirements.
